How to innovate in times of uncertainty and emergency on a global scale.

A WORLD MORE VUCA THAN EVER.
A VUCA world (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) we had visualized in social changes, changes in consumer behavior, digital transformation, etc. But suddenly, and because of a simple virus, it is transformed into a world of total uncertainty, in an emergency situation on a global scale, that breaks all our plans. No company, not even Google, has been able to foresee this crisis in order to effectively respond to it.

HOW TO INNOVATE IN THIS NEW WORLD MORE UNCERTAIN THAN EVER.
In this Online Talk, in webinar format, Joan Ras, SDLI Partner and CEO of Induct SEA, will propose a new model consisting of three phases to be able to innovate in times of crisis. This new model will help you survive and manage the times of extreme uncertainty we are experiencing and of high impact on business.
